Is a BMW expensive to insure?
As part of this new breed of driver-based insurance, some insurers have developed their own bespoke telematics devices with which to track drivers in real-time. This has allowed them to personalize premiums depending on whether or not the user agrees to be tracked.
Is BMW X6 a reliable car?
BMW X6 was introduced for the first time in 2008 as a new ''sports activity coupe'' model, equipped with a four-wheel-drive system and characteristic kidney grille. Since then, it has been developed further into more powerful versions - such as high-velocity petrol or diesel-powered inline six-cylinder engines, each paired with eight-speed automatic transmission.
Is BMW or Mercedes cheaper to insure?
A comparison of the cost of insuring a new car can be a little tricky as there are different types of insurance that apply to cars, and some companies will charge more for certain models than others. For instance, you may find it cheaper to insure a BMW 3 series on comprehensive insurance but find it was significantly cheaper to do so on third-party fire and theft cover.
