Are Cadillac ATS expensive to insure?
Cadillac ATS is a sports coupe manufactured by Cadillac. It's a US model which was introduced in 2012 at the North American International Auto Show and went on sale in August of that same year. The car is available as both a sedan and coupe body type, with standard front-wheel drive or optional all-wheel-drive propulsion systems, powered by a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder turbocharged engine.
Is insurance expensive on a Cadillac?
Unfortunately for many people, the answer is yes. This is because driving a car that costs more than $25k can mean paying more money for insurance. There are other factors that may lead to higher rates, such as where the vehicle will be driven (e.g., city vs. rural area) and what kind of risk each driver carries (e.g., teen drivers get charged more). Now before you go ahead and tell your parents how much it'll cost to insure your new ride, there's one very important thing for you to do shop around! Insurance companies like to compete with each other, and if you ask them, they might even cut the price for you! This is especially true as a young driver as companies want to make sure they get your business. In fact, the company I use offers a discount specifically for teens, which brought my insurance down from $1,000 per year down to around $800.
Is the Cadillac ATS a good used car?
The ATS is a compact luxury car that was introduced in 2013 and fitted with new engines, suspensions, and transmissions. It came in coupe and sedan body styles. A high-performance version of the ATS called the V was also available - it featured a twin-turbocharged engine and all-wheel drive. The Cadillac ATS remained on sale until 2016, when it was replaced by an all-new model, which can be found here: Cadillac ATS
